Britannia Industries Limited is an Indian multinational food products company, founded in 1892 in Calcutta, making it one of India's oldest existing companies. It was later incorporated as Britannia Biscuit Company Limited in 1918. The company specializes in selling biscuits, breads, and dairy products, with approximately 80% of its revenues in 2023 derived from biscuit products. Part of the Wadia Group, headed by Nusli Wadia, Britannia Industries operates as a public company. It reported a revenue of  18,169 crore (US$2.1 billion) in 2025. The corporate headquarters are located in Whitefield, Bangalore, India.
