Intentia, founded in 1984, was a software company providing applications such as customer relationship management, supply chain management, and asset management. As a public company traded on the Stockholm Stock Exchange under the symbol INT B, Intentia generated SEK 2,982,900,000 in revenue in 2004. Headquartered in Danderyd, Sweden, Intentia was later acquired in April 2006 when Lawson Software and Intentia merged to form the new LAWSON, becoming a subsidiary of Infor Global Solutions.
