Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is a not-for-profit organisation supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and older people across Wales to live independently and with purpose. Founded by families and activists in 1989, they've grown into a national organisation that's co-owned by their team and the people they support. They believe in doing things differently — with care, compassion, and community at the heart of everything they do.
