The New Zealand Cadet Forces (NZCF) is a non-profit youth organisation that provides leadership, personal development, and adventure-based training to 13-19 year olds through its three branches: Navy Cadets, Army Cadets, and Air Cadets. The organisation aims to develop young leaders, build confidence and resilience, and provide hands-on experiences that go beyond the classroom.
